Short story

"Burlesque" - a film that tells of a young girl, Ali Rose. One day Ali decides that the provincial town in which she was born and grew up is not able to give her everything she wants. Then she resigns from work, collects a suitcase and moves to Los Angeles.

However, it turns out that the metropolis does not wait for a provincial with open arms. Hardly young Rose managed to get a job in a local neo-burlesque club, but not an actress, but an ordinary waitress. Everything is decided by the case: the main show soloist, bitchy Nikki, breaks off another performance. Then Ali takes the initiative and replaces the prima on stage. The girl manages to disrupt the storm of applause, in a moment a new star of the scene is born.

After such a stunning performance, the club's affairs go uphill. Ali becomes the main actress of the burlesque show and the friend of the owner of the club - Tess. Rose has a young man and a crowd of fans. And then on the horizon again there are difficulties: Ali becomes so famous that they try to entice her into other projects. Of course, the beginning performer dreamed of a brighter career than the stage of a small club. But if Rose agrees, she will betray the whole club team, which is so desperately fighting for survival. How will Eli do, it becomes known only at the end of the film.
