What are the mushrooms?

These mushrooms are distributed from the genus Mlechnica mainly in the European part of Russia, in Siberia and Transbaikalia. Most of all white mushrooms are appreciated. Salted mushrooms are ready in 35-40 days. Then they can be added to salads, second courses, fried or served cold to any side dish.
