Museum "Spartacus", Moscow: photo, opening hours

Many rancor often state with certainty that Russian sportsmen have long ceased to play football, but the employees of the main capital club managed to demonstrate - it was not always so. With the help of the members of the sports team, a museum of the football club "Spartak" was created. It contains a unique collection of important virtual and material artifacts, there is a hall of fame of the players, and those who are far from football will certainly be interested in a terrific technological and interactive exhibition.

History of the museum opening

Officially, the Spartak museum in Moscow was opened for visits a few hours before the start of the friendly match between the Lithuanian and Russian football teams that took place on April 16, 2016 at the club's home stadium, called the "Opening Arena". The ceremony was held in the presence of Leonid Fedun, the chairman of the board of directors of FC Spartak Moscow, the first vice-premier of the RFU Nikita Simonyan, the minister of Russian sports Vitaly Mutko, the Olympic champions of 1956 Anatoly Isayev, Alexei Paramonov, and the head coach of the red- Alenichev and the general director Sergei Rodionov. Present were the coach of the youth team Dmitry Gunko, the trainer of the team Yegor Titov, the expert on work with goalkeepers Rinat Dasaev and members of their families. All of them carefully studied each zone, and then expressed gratitude to everyone who helped create the museum of "Spartacus."

It should be noted that the curator of the historical part of the exposition and the director of the facility is Alexei Matveyev, who has many years of experience in the post of press attache of FC "Spartak". The project was implemented over two years with the help of 50 different specialists.

What was the museum for?

Almost for two years of its existence, the Spartak Museum, which tells the story of the main football club of the Russian capital, has become a landmark for all Russian football. It has no analogues in the country. The specialists managed to realize the main idea of the creators - to inspire new victories and accomplishments of young football players, their fans and those who are not indifferent to sports. In addition, the founders intend to constantly replenish the museum with new exhibits and future awards, for which they specially left a place in the windows.

The guests of the museum will be able to learn about the history of the titled Russian club, to examine the historical artifacts gathered together, to see unique clips from the legendary football matches, to hear fascinating interviews, and to gather information about the coaching staff of the team, players, cups won and other awards.

How to get to the museum, where he is

The "Spartak" sudy is located on the 4th floor of the Western Stand, which is located on the territory of the home stadium of the club "Opening Arena". You can find it at: Volokolamskoe Highway 69, Moscow. To get to the cultural and historical site, you need to reach the following metro stations:

  • "Spartacus" (about 5 minutes walk to the stadium);
  • "Tushinskaya" (about 10 minutes walk).

Also near the station. M. "Tushinskaya" is the bus stop for most buses and minibuses.

It is worth noting that in the days of football matches the mode of operation of the metro station "Spartak" (at the entrance and exit of passengers) does not change.

The schedule of the museum

Walk on the magnificent territory can be any days, except Monday. Opening hours of the museum "Spartacus":

  • Tours are organized from Monday to Friday hourly, from 12:00 to 18:00. Their duration is 45 minutes.
  • On Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on holidays, excursions are held every hour from 11:30 to 17:30 (break from 14:30 to 15:30).

Ticket prices

Often excursions in the museum of "Spartacus" are held for groups of 8-10 people, but sometimes there are exceptions, and then the history of the legendary team can listen to 25 visitors at once. If you did not book a standard tour and did not register for it in advance, the ticket price for adult visitors is 500 rubles, and for children aged 7 to 16 years - 250 rubles. Pensioners who have the appropriate certificate on their hands will be able to buy a ticket with a 50% discount - for 250 rubles.

Tickets for individual tours must be booked no later than a day before the scheduled date of the visit. Such excursions will cost adult visitors 800 rubles, minors and pensioners - 400 rubles. Only up to 5 adult tickets are allowed.

It is worth noting that the Spartak Museum can be visited free of charge by veterans of the Second World War, children under 6 years old, invalids of the 1st group, as well as those players who participated in at least one official match for the main squad of the "white-red" team.

Tickets are sold online in the museum's website and in the Red-White Store, located on the stadium.

What you can see in the museum

First of all, the museum "Spartacus" can boast of its gigantic territory, which is 500 square meters. Meters and is divided into 30 thematic zones. In addition, it contains:

  • 700 video materials;
  • Over 600 exhibits;
  • More than 20 author's installations.

The basis of the exhibition included some personal belongings of many famous football players, who became legends, and various trophies of the club. The digital content contains video materials with the best goals of the players of the red and white team and successful attacks, demonstrates the evolution of the club's game form. It's enough just to move the tablet, reading the details, or rotate the dummy around its axis. A digital book is also in the form of a record book, the hologram of which can be viewed, "flipping" right in the air. Most of the photos in the museum "Spartacus" are presented in the form of "reviving" portraits with built-in audio recording. They allow visitors to listen to a bright, unique story about some personalities, their interviews and comments on matches.

There are other items in the museum that cause pride for the team - a pennant of red and white with the symbols of the game club Spartak, which was taken into orbit by cosmonaut-fan Sergei Ryazansky, and the flag that visited Mount Everest. There is also a ball with the autograph of Russian President Vladimir Putin. On a separate means of information transfer, visitors can hear interviews of those fans of the team who have made Spartak famous in an unusual way.

In addition, the museum has an unusual hall, about which many joke that it was created "to grow", as the creators left a place for new trophies and photos of the rising stars of FC "Spartak". Since 2003, the club has not managed to win significant awards, so all expositions should inspire a new generation of athletes to exploit.

It should be noted that next to the museum (near the northern platform of the stadium "Opening Arena") a monument to the legendary football players of Spartak, the brothers Starostin, who stood at the origins of the club, and the record holder Fedor Cherenkov.

Additional tour of the stadium

Visitors to the tours who studied the hall of fame "Spartacus", also offer an optional walk in other rooms and the territory of the stadium itself.

They can visit the locker room and the coaching bench. Visit the box designed for VIP-guests, see the massage room and warm-up rooms with an artificial lawn. It is allowed to enter the mixed zone, where usually players communicate with the press after the matches, as well as a hall for press conferences.

"This is the most advanced museum," he added. In turn, the head coach of the team Dmitry Alenichev expressed his readiness to do everything possible to keep the museum updated with new medals.
