The drug "Resolute" refers to the pharmacotherapeutic group of hepatoprotectors. The active substance is a lipoid. Hepatoprotective activity of the drug is caused by an increase in the rate of regenerative processes in the liver cells, stabilization of their membranes, inhibition of lipid oxidation, and inhibition of collagen synthesis in the liver. The medication promotes the normalization of lipid metabolism, lowering the cholesterol content by increasing the formation of its esters and linoleic acid. The preparation is issued in the form of colorless transparent gelatinous capsules having oblong form. Inside is a viscous liquid of yellow-brown or golden-yellow color.
