  • Rice vinegar - about 150 ml;
  • Drinking water - about 1 cup;
  • Ginger, grated on a large grater - about 3 large spoons;
  • Black peppercorns - 2 dessert spoons ;

Preparation of fresh berries

Meat in a watermelon, the recipe of which we are considering, you should start to prepare with processing berries. It is thoroughly washed in hot water, wiped, cut into 4 parts and removes the seeds. Then the watermelon is shredded in small pieces and transferred to a pan. To it add salt, water, ginger, sugar, hot pepper, bell pepper and vinegar.   • Crushed garlic - 3 teeth;
  • Cold water - 2 dessert spoons;
  • Corn starch -2 dessert spoons;
  • Sauce soy - 2 dessert spoons;
  • Sesame oil - 1,5 dessert spoons;
  • Dry white wine - 2 large spoons;
  • Boiling water - 2 large spoons;
  • Sauce of their horseradish (hrenovina) - 2 large spoons;
  • Salt - at your discretion;
  • Ground pepper black - 1/2 dessert spoon;
  • Vegetable oil - 20 ml;
  • Ginger, grated on a grater - 1 dessert spoon;
  • Ground pepper red - 1/2 dessert spoon;
  • Boiled hot rice for garnish;
  • Fresh coriander - use for serving.

Cooking process

How delicious to cook meat in a watermelon? An unusual recipe for this dish should be known to every hostess. Thanks to him, you are sure to surprise the invited guests and boast of their culinary skills.

In a small enamel bowl, mix finely grated garlic, cornstarch, drinking water, sesame oil, soy sauce and 10 ml of white dry wine. After thoroughly mixing all the ingredients with a spoon, they place pre-treated pieces of meat in them. They intensively interfere, and then cover with a lid and leave in the room for 40 minutes.

While the beef absorbs the sauce, proceed to prepare another mixture. To do this, in a separate vessel mix horseradish with the remnants of dry wine and boiling water.

After a lapse of 40 minutes, pieces of meat are removed from the marinade, sprinkled with salt and ground pepper. Then a large and deep frying pan is heated over medium heat. It poured in oil and spread half the beef. It is fried on high heat, without interfering, about 45 seconds. Having achieved reddening of the bottom part of the original pancake, it is turned over and fried for another 30 seconds.

Finally, the previously cooked meat is returned to the pan. Also, sauce of horseradish is added to it. After one minute, the dishes are removed from the plate and immediately introduced a watermelon, finely chopped into cubes. After tasting the dish, it is sprinkled with salt and pepper.

We serve for dinner
