1. Prepare a paper pattern, tools and necessary material (for example, silk, fleece and flannel).
2. Attach a pattern to the flannel, pin it with pin pins and circle it around the contour. Cut out one piece.
3. Make two more of the same details of silk and non-woven fabric.
4. Now put down the mask: the flannel is put face down, fleece, silk - face up. Connect the layers using pins.
5. Cut off a piece of gum. It should not be very long, so that the blindfold does not fall off for sleep, and not short, so that nothing presses.
6. Cut out the same material as the top of the mask, rectangle. In length, it should be equal to the size of the rubber band, and be two to three times as wide.
7. Sew a rectangle in length, leaving the edges untwined.
8. Then make two parallel stitches in the middle in such a way that the strip is divided into three parts in length. And in the middle should be crazy gum.
9. Insert the elastic band into the prepared part and fasten the ends with the pins.
10. Attach the rubber band around the edges to the mask. You need to insert between the top and middle layers.
11. Stitch together all the details, leaving a small hole through which you can unscrew the mask.
12. Make incisions on unswept edges. To do this, use scissors to make frequent small incisions. This is to ensure that the tissue is evenly distributed, and not going to the accordion.
13. Unscrew the product.

How to decorate a bandage for sleep?

Similarly, you can make a mask in the form of a muzzle of a panda or other animal. For greater realism, choose the material that matches the color, and do not forget about the features. For example, a panda around the eyes has black circles, so they also need to be recreated on the mask.
