The concept of loyalty

The English word "loyal" has two interpretations:

2) benevolent, respectful attitude to someone or something.

Loyalty is very similar to trustworthiness. However, it has one significant difference. Trustworthiness is understood by our attitude to a wide range of certain rules and norms accepted in the society. A loyal person is someone who has a good disposition toward something specific. This can be understood by a certain set of criteria that are imposed on a person in relation to a particular object or subject.

How is loyalty acquired?

What are the loyalty requirements of the company?

Loyalty is the unconditional adherence to the company's charter and standards of conduct in the workplace. There is no point in establishing rules that no one will observe. For the best functioning of the company it is important that employees follow a certain charter. In each company the list of rules can be different, but there is a list that is the same for all enterprises. A loyal employee is one that follows the following rules:

  • Requirements that the company's management puts forward to the employee.
  • Job descriptions.
  • Respect and trust in the head and staff of the company.

However, you can make a general impression about it, familiarize it with the company's charter and find out whether it meets the employer's requirements and whether he will obey them.

After the interview, a suitable applicant is invited to pass a test
Term. This is the second stage of determining loyalty. During the trial period, the employee works in the company and receives a salary, and the bosses analyze his behavior and attitude to work. This is an important stage after which a person is either taken to a permanent job or refuses his services. On probation, the employee must show that he observes the rules and norms imposed by management.

From all that has been said above, it follows that a loyal person is a person who has an opinion about something or someone and follows his principles. Such people are treated with respect not only by colleagues, but also by surrounding people out of work. That is why loyalty is so highly valued in society.
