History of foundation

In 1942, when the World War II was "walking" on the ground, according to Roosevelt's decree, local residents of Japanese origin (which are thousands of people) were taken out of the city and settled in closed camps.

After the end of hostilities, the city once again began to grow rapidly in breadth. There were skyscrapers and new highways. Then came the "dashing 90s" when mass riots broke out in the streets of the metropolis, during which a large number of people were wounded and killed. The reason is Nazi dislike.
