Literary Evening

November 16, "Literary evening at the journalist," a kind of festival of creativity and previously unknown talents. The 308 audience was attended by first-year students of the journalism faculty, as well as students of the Gorky LI. Present and leadership of freshmen - Zueva Polina Ruslanovna and Kushnarenko Georgiy Dmitrievich. The idea to spend this evening belongs to Ekaterina Sapozhnikova, a student of group 102. Thanks to her efforts, about fifteen poets (we will call so talented students) and about twenty guest-listeners, including guys from photo and TV journalists, who shot action on cameras, gathered in the audience. Those who were to perform were visibly worried, although, as it turned out later, the audience was grateful and benevolent.

Honestly, the idea of this literary evening attracted me from the very beginning. I wanted to hear new voices, fresh thoughts, to feel that not only calendars are able to do at our faculty, but also to create literary works . It was time to start creating a portrait of the first year. And we started.

The first was Vera Efimovich, a student of group 102, from her works I remember the poem "War" (yes, the theme is as old as the world, but Vera managed to fill it with new images!). Then Maria Kireeva (101 groups) rose to the stage. Masha started writing poems from the age of 8, but she refers more serious creativity to 15. Among her works are "Mysterious Skin", "In the Favela Turned Off the Light," "The Queen of the Fools" and much more. Maasha read eight poems, each contrasted with the work of the previous girl (motifs of spring, wind, rain changed to darkness, night, lights). In the poems of the next speaker, we caught the notes of Mayakovsky's moods - the work of Matthew Flint reminded Futurism of mood and sharp changes in tone. Liked.

Autumn and winter motifs filled the audience with speeches by Sasha Kotlova and Dasha Krylova, the girls not only emotionally read their poems, but also caused the smiles of listeners (it's great that first-year students learn such sunny people!). Did not leave indifferent speech of Kostya Sinitsyn, his works "Dance" and "Who are you?" Led to the most controversial reaction: half of the audience took it with pleasure, and the rest - with criticism, which is also important for the novice author.

Unfortunately, to list and characterize all authors does not allow the format of the material, so I stopped just a few. I will add a few more words about Katya Sapozhnikova's speech, the organizer of the evening. I must say that we were waiting for Katya's poems at the beginning of the event, but she decided to conclude her entire performance with her performance, thus summarizing the results. One of them I cite here, to convey the elusive, wonderful moments of the November evening:

To wrap yourself in someone else's bedspread,

Sleeping anywhere, without removing the lens,

This, as a rule, we have enough.

This is youthful minimalism.

Take only a notebook and a pen with you.

Passport, tickets there and back.

Usually someone meets us there,

And, as a rule, we are always welcome everywhere.

Once in the middle of an unfamiliar cool

You understand how little, in fact,

You need.

Maybe they are just like that? Notepad, pen - and to the end, to the truth? I was silent for an hour and a half, only listened to the voices of first-year students. Strange, but the conclusion does not arise. To say that they reflected on the paper feelings? Too easy. What touched the heart of everyone? It's boring. They played a role as they were prompted by the inner strength, the spirit of creativity and search - it's a little closer to the truth. Twisted out of the words that they knew, the meaning of their path and glance. They painted their portraits with the sounds of images, making it confident and, what is really so, beautiful.

Thanks to everyone who participated in this evening, and the authors, and the organizer, and listeners. In our life it became more another warm "journalistic" evening.
