"Let's go" - a restaurant with a unique atmosphere and high quality of service, which appeared on the gastronomic map of the capital of Russia not so long ago, and was soon closed. This institution was designed for 60 people, and it was in the old center of Moscow - on Petrovka (30th house). Here it was possible to taste dishes of Russian, but not quite classical cuisine. At the same time, special food for children, as well as vegetarians and diabetics was available for order.

By the way, one of the founders of this project was the famous chef of Russia - Elena Chekalova, who opened "Let's go" (restaurant) in October 2014. In addition, to date, the co-owner of this cafe Alexander Orlov is the owner of a large number of culinary establishments in different cities and countries: Rybka, Benvenuto, Ishak, Yellow Sea (Kiev, Ukraine), as well as several Interesting projects in Dubai.

The concept of the project

There they built a small eco-farm where they raised rabbits, turkeys, chickens, quails, vegetables, herbs and much more in order to be completely confident in the quality of the products for cooking dishes presented in the menu of each of the restaurants.

By the way, when "Let's go" still worked, many clients recommended ordering specialty dishes from Elena Chekalova, such as "rabbit bombs", a tomato "Golden Apple", a burger stuffed with pike and cod liver, soup Buyabes with crayfish and that Similar products, and the prices for them were quite acceptable.

Why the project was closed?

Sad news about the end of the restaurant "Let's go" residents of Moscow learned from the social network "Facebook", where Elena Chekalova wrote that the institution will work until May 1. Many people wanted to know what caused this decision. The woman reported that there were several reasons for making such a decision. Chekalova also noted that she is very grateful to her partners (Denis Gusev and Alexander Orlov) for the work done, and even more - to all people who came to eat at the restaurant "Let's go."

The closure of this project was a shock for the residents of the capital. In the last days of the restaurant almost all the drinks and dishes were made breathtaking discounts. For example, a glass of sparkling wine cost only 160 rubles, which by Moscow standards is a trifle.

Elena also noted that in the near future she hopes to reopen such a project, having worked well in the management of this restaurant. It is possible that in 2017 a woman will still open her own cafe, but so far there is no official information about it.

Reviews

"Let's go" worked a little more than a year and a half, but during this period received a large number of positive reviews. The guests liked the service and the quality of the dishes. Prices in some situations were somewhat overpriced, but the taste of the food served by the waiters was worth it. By the way, the interior of the restaurant was quite interesting (photos are presented in this article), which was also very popular with visitors. Many are very sorry that the institution was closed. I would like to see something like this in the near future.
