Despite the fact that around the originally Bashkir territories, Lake Elovoe (Chelyabinsk region) has a Russian name. And this is the only reservoir in the vicinity, since others have Finno-Ugric and Turkic names. The lake is located between the cities of Miass and Chebarkul. Water regime of Lake Elovoe

Fishing on the lake Elovoe

Lake Spruce is attractive not only for local fishermen. Lovers come here from all over Russia. In the pond live: pike, ripus, crucian, chebach, ide, tench, bream, ruff, perch and burbot. Basic maintenance of fish resources is a natural spawning. Industrial fishing is not carried out here. In shallow water, you can catch only small chubaka and perch. Hydrological monument

Lake Elovoe has a tectonic origin, as indicated by its rounded forms. Now the pine-birch forest grows along the coast . Before the tectonic shift, which resulted in the formation of a reservoir, there were relict forests. They were preserved until the middle of the XIX century, judging by the maps and written sources of that time. At present, the fir-trees, after which the lake is named, can not be found here. Although at the beginning of the XX century, according to the notes of the local historian Vladimir Sementovsky, there was a spruce and fir. The water in the lake is mild, the mineralization varies from 161 to 340 mg / liter depending on the season. It refers to the bicarbonate class, in the transition from soda to sulfate-sodium type.

All the reservoirs located in the neighborhood, bloom almost all summer, but Lake Elovoe remains clean. The concentration of phosphorus and nitrogen compounds is quite high - up to 10 times higher than the "flowering" threshold. Scientists suggest the presence of a powerful inhibitor of flowering, in the role of which, perhaps, manganese appears, which is abundant in water. Ecology

Lake Elovoe, in spite of everything, still retains its natural parameters. However, the level of atrophy is still growing year by year, as the load on the pond increases, especially in summer (up to 70 thousand tourists come here annually). Riding on motorized swimming equipment significantly worsens the ecological situation on the lake, as oil products are dumped. Their impact affects the state of fish and vegetation, both aquatic and terrestrial. Also, the number of primitive organisms that filter water has fallen. There is a threat of pollution of the lake with algothoxins, which adversely affect living creatures. All circumstances together can lead to a deterioration in water quality.
