Kim Jaejoong: biography and filmography

One of the most famous musicians of our time in South Korea is Kim Jaejoong. Albums with records of this artist are bought up almost instantly. He also quite successfully starred in television. And according to the sociological survey of the Chinese channel Xingkong Weishi, in which forty million people participated, Jaejoong was recognized as the most attractive man in Asia.

Kim Jaejoong: biography of the early years

This talented guy was born in January 1986 in the South Korean city of Konju. After the birth, biological parents gave the baby for adoption, and soon he was taken to the family of Jaejoong. In addition to Kim, his adoptive parents had eight daughters. Due to the fact that the future singer grew up surrounded by girls, in his manner of behavior and style of clothes a lot of women. Although the young man does not care about this nuance.

The beginning of the creative path

When Kim Jaejoong reached the age of fifteen, he went to the capital of South Korea - Seoul. Here the young man had to earn his living. And since he had no education and connections, Kim was interrupted by casual earnings and led a very modest way of life.

Everything changed when he went to audition, conducted by SM Entertainment. The guy sang beautifully, and his pleasant appearance was so much liked by the company's representatives that he was soon contracted for thirteen years. Among the five members of the musical group, Kim was the oldest in age, but Juno Yunho was the leader of the boy band. Jaejoong, along with Sia Junsu, were the vocalists of the group (both singers are tenors). Having started to perform in DBSK, Kim took a pseudonym "Hiro Jejun".

Up to 2010 the singer was a member of this group. By that time, the "Rising Gods of the East" had become one of the most popular collectives in the country.

In addition to touring and recording albums, DBSK members often starred in advertising. However, due to a rather tough contract, most of the earned money was taken over by SM Entertainment, and the guys got only a small fraction of the profits.

In the summer of 2009, three members of Dong Bang Shin Ki (vocalists Hiro Jejun and Sia Junsu, as well as bass-tenor Mickey Yuchon) filed a lawsuit against the company, demanding that the contract be canceled without damages on their part. As an excuse for such demands, the guys indicated that the contract was drawn up for too long a period; And in addition, during his imprisonment, the guys were too young and could not adequately assess the proposed SM Entertainment terms.

The Central Court of Seoul satisfied the claimants' demands, and they were able to break the contract and not pay compensation. Thus, DBSK turned into a duet, and Hiro, Sia and Mickey organized their own band called JYJ.

New achievements

Having founded his own boy band, in the spring of 2010 the guys released their first album with the simple title The ... And although it had only four songs, more than 175 thousand copies were sold in South Korea and Japan.

In the same year came their second album - The Beginning. There were already eight tracks in it.

In 2011, the band released a disc with ten songs - In Heaven, and in 2014 - Just Us (thirteen tracks).

In recent years, each of the members of JYJ has focused on his own career. So Kim Jejun quite successfully began to act in films.

Career Actor

As early as 2006, Hiro was occasionally starred as a guest star in various South Korean TV shows and TV shows. However, a real breakthrough for him in this field was the role in the television series Heaven's Postal Delivery Man. In this project Kim Jaejoong played a mystical postman who brings live news from their deceased loved ones. One day he meets a girl who lost her lover, but she could not stop loving him. Trying to help her, the hero of Djedzhun is in a difficult situation.

After the success of this drama, Kim was often invited to appear. However, due to the trial until 2010, he was forced to refuse. But having freed himself from the contract with SM Entertainment, the young man again began to play on television.

Released in the spring of 2010 eleven-series drama "It's hard to be honest," was the next work of a star named Kim Jaejoong.

Kim Jaejoong: personal life

Being the idol of millions of girls, Hiro does not have a constant companion. However, he honestly admits that he most likely marries one of his fans, but has not yet met the same one. As for the future family, he dreams that he has three children - two daughters and one son.

As you know, Kim Jaejoong was adopted in infancy. His biological parents were not interested in their child until he became famous throughout the country as a member of the group "Rising Gods of the East". So in the autumn of 2006 the singer's own mother found him and tried to establish relations with her son. Hiro happily accepted her and now communicates with her and the adoptive mother who raised him. Jaejoong says that he is happy - he has two mothers who care about him.

But with the biological father of the guy came a rather nasty story. Learning about the glory and wealth of his son, the man sued Kim's adoptive parents, claiming that they illegally took his child from him, demanding financial compensation.

A DNA test carried out confirmed that the man was really Hiro's father, after which the singer officially recognized him. However, the plaintiff soon stopped the case, as it turned out that at the time of Jaejoong's birth, he had already divorced his mother and renounced his parental rights to his son. Thus, Kim's father had no chance to win, in addition, he feared a counterclaim from Kim's foster parents.
