Inflammation of the lungs, treatment of this disease

Lung inflammation is a fairly common disease that affects lung tissue, and sometimes the entire breathing system, but the lungs are the most vulnerable organs from the entire respiratory system. Especially often inflammatory processes of the lungs develop during infection by airborne droplets, which is promoted by weakened immunity, due to hypothermia or poor nutrition. Especially vulnerable are people who drink alcohol and smoke, all this contributes to the fact that microbes, move into the nasopharynx, then the larynx and trachea, begin to descend down the bronchi, but the process of inflammation does not end with the defeat of the bronchi, but passes to the lung tissue and affects it , Causing inflammation of one or two of the lungs, a phenomenon called pneumonia. The most common causative pneumonia is the pneumococcal microbe, but there may be others: streptococci, staphylococci and pneumococci. Usually, pneumonia occurs after acute respiratory diseases, which sometimes have almost the same symptoms (temperature, cough and runny nose). But after a few days, the temperature rises sharply to 40.5 degrees, a severe chill appears, a person begins to have shortness of breath, a dry cough, and then sputum begins, initially rusty (due to the impurity of blood), then can be yellow-green or grayish Hue.

With a little physical exertion, a person's breathing becomes quicker, there is weakness in the entire body, and pains in the chest may appear , which can be intensified by coughing or deep breathing. With pneumonia, the pain sometimes gives in the stomach or a person can just get sick of the stomach (more often in children), and sometimes one cheek blushes and usually on the side where the pain spreads. Such phenomena occur in the so-called croupous pneumonia, where most of the lungs are affected by inflammation, but the process can only take place at a low temperature and cough, but weakness and malaise are always present. When pneumonia begins, the treatment is performed in the hospital due to the fact that the patient needs to do blood tests, sputum, urine, and also to conduct an X-ray examination. Treatment of pneumonia is aimed at eliminating the focus of inflammation, antibiotics are used for this (it is best to choose a drug after an antibioticogram). Also prescribed drugs that can cough cough and normalize the temperature. To eliminate pneumonia, treatment is conducted under the guidance of a therapist and a pulmonologist. Treatment begins with the elimination of cough, while using drugs such as mucodine and mucoprote, and you can also use acetylcysteine, mucobene and muclotin. In such diseases as pneumonia, the treatment is carried out with the help of antibiotics, which is under the control of doctors and when a person has concomitant diseases such as diabetes mellitus, kidney and heart disease, they are given third generation antibiotics, from cephalosporin and aminopenicillin series . This is due to the fact that in these patients the disease is particularly difficult, and there may be complications, so all procedures are performed by such patients only in the hospital. When the patient has pneumonia, treatment is performed in the hospital. In the event that the treatment begins on time and it is not yet in a neglected form, a person can recover in fifteen to twenty days, but only if the treatment is correct with pneumonia. Recovery will go faster when the patient will eat well, sleep, and walk a lot in the fresh air and observe the rules of hygiene so that the room is always ventilated and a wet cleaning routine is regularly performed. Also, a person should stop smoking and drinking alcohol, but should exercise, harden and alternate the time of work and rest.
