The industrial park "Vorsino" is located in the Kaluga region. This is a promising site for the placement of various industrial enterprises. Kaluga Industrial Park Project

The government of the Kaluga region became the initiator of the construction and development of the industrial park "Vorsino". This project is directly supervised by the Ministry of Economic Development with the active support of the Development Corporation of the Kaluga Region.

The project is intended for placement on the site of an industrial park of enterprises of various sectoral focus.

All the land under the park is owned by Vorsino Industrial Park, Ltd. The land has industrial status.

The corresponding status of the industrial park site in Vorsino was awarded in 2008. Its total area is more than one and a half thousand hectares. Two thirds of them are already with investors.

At the moment, new enterprises can be located on an area of 325 hectares. It is possible and low-rise construction. In total, 39 agreements were concluded with investors. Advantages in logistics

The industrial site is located in the north-east of the Kaluga region, on the very border with the Moscow region. Very close to the route "Moscow - Kiev". The distance to the Russian capital is only 75 kilometers. Even to the center of the region in which the park is located, further - Kaluga is 95 km away.

A separate advantage is the location of the nearby Moscow-Kiev highway. This is a road of federal importance, which through Kaluga and Bryansk goes to the border with Ukraine. The first production from Kaluga land was sent back in 2008.

Here the domestic enterprise Odisseprom, which is engaged in the production of furniture, works. For example, countertops made of natural stone, solid wood massifs. Another domestic enterprise - "Vintrastkom" - is engaged in the production of PVC panels, which are used for interior finishing.

In the Kaluga region the Swiss company Nestle produces pet food, French L'Oreal shampoo and hair dyes, Russian NLMK-Kaluga is a metallurgical mini-plant with electric steelmaking and rolling production.

The enterprise "Linde Gas Rus" produces food, industrial, medical and special gases. The Swiss Medena is implementing a project to produce pharmaceuticals .

Infrastructure of the park

Vorsino is a village in the Kaluga region, which, thanks to the industrial park, has the most modern infrastructure. In full, all the sites of the industrial park are supplied with gas. For this purpose, a special high-pressure gas pipeline network was built.

All investors are supplied with power supply centers, distribution substations operate. Uninterrupted power capacity is estimated at 240 Megawatts. On the territory of the park, 24 kilometers of motorways are built. The whole area is equipped with high-speed Internet and telephone communication.

In 2012, water intake with a capacity of about 4 thousand cubic meters per day was put into operation. And also a special sewage and water supply network.

Logistic terminal

At the moment, in anticipation of new investors, the first stage of a modern logistics terminal has been completed. Several multi-modal customs zones have been commissioned.

In particular, it is a business center for foreign trade activities, a warehouse for temporary storage of products, a large container area, a railway freight park, a parking lot for heavy trucks, and a checkpoint.
