Ilya Khrzhanovsky was born on August 11, 1975 in the capital of Russia - Moscow. He is the grandson of the artist and artist Yuri Khrzhanovsky, who was well-known in the past. So it's not surprising that Ilya eventually decided to choose the creative path. In his younger years, Ilya Khrzhanovsky understood what he wanted to do with his life. Initially, he went to a local educational institution, where he studied painting. But soon Ilya realized that he was more attracted to the cinema, which in those years already had a serious success, although it was in temporary decline.

In the evening, after a hard day's work, a butcher, a piano tuner and a prostitute meet in a nightclub in Moscow to rest after a difficult day's work. As a result, a conversation begins between these random strangers. They tell each other different tales, which they invent to the best of their sick imagination ...

In the film, starred Russian musician Sergei Shnurov, who played one of the main roles. Given the fact that the leader of "Leningrad" appears in the movies quite rarely and, as a rule, only in episodes, for fans of his work, this is an excellent opportunity to assess the actor's talent for this extraordinary personality. In the remaining roles played mostly little-known people who do not have a serious acting experience. But despite this, all of them successfully blended into their roles, thanks to which we received this masterpiece of Russian cinema.

The film "Dau"

This film is a real long-lasting, still not released in the rental. It's hard to believe that the work on "Dau" began almost ten years ago. During the writing of the script, this movie received the title of one of the most promising projects of the world. But due to various difficulties the shooting of this film continued until 2016. It was then announced that the "Dau" is at the stage of post-production. However, the premiere of the film did not take place.

This film tells about the life of the Soviet physicist Lev Landau, well known to many people. The film was made for ten million dollars worth of films worthy of our cinema. Filming took place both in Russia and in the CIS countries. In the creation, in addition to our country, Germany and Sweden also took part. So with complete certainty it can be stated that this director's creation will turn out to be quite ambitious.

The script is based on memoirs, so, most likely, everything is taken with the maximum biographical accuracy. And the director Ilya Khrzhanovsky is clearly not one of those people who like to embellish stories. The main roles were played by actors from different countries.
