Option with buckwheat

Porridge porridge, cooked according to the technology described below, is optimal for a family breakfast. It is prepared from readily available and simple ingredients, most of which are always available to any stocky mistress. To tastily feed your family, you will need:

  • 1.5 cups of buckwheat groats.
  • A pound of courgettes.
  • A couple of full tablespoons of sugar.
  • 4 cups of fresh cow milk.
  • 3.5 tablespoons butter.
  • Salt.

Process description

Before you cook the squash, you need to prepare the cereals. She is laid out in a frying pan, at the bottom of which there is half a tablespoon of butter, fry until golden and remove to the side.

Pour washed, brushed and cut courgettes into a pot. All this is poured with warm milk and boiled over minimal heat. As soon as the vegetables become soft, they pour buckwheat groats to them. All this is brought to a boil, poured, flavored with a tablespoon of butter, sprinkled with sugar, covered with a lid and put into the oven. Prepare the squash at a standard temperature of about two hours. Immediately before serving, water it with a small amount of melted butter.

Option with tomatoes and pearl barley

This recipe is good because it involves the use of a relatively large number of vegetables. On it you can cook not only a tasty, but also incredibly useful dish. Such a squash is optimal for those who follow their own figure and adhere to a certain diet. To cook such a dish, stock up in advance with all the required ingredients. Make sure that you have at hand:

  • A pound of courgettes.
  • 200 grams of pearl barley.
  • A pair of ripe tomatoes.
  • Onion bulb.
  • 4 tablespoons of soft butter.
  • Salt, dill and parsley.

Algorithm of preparation

Since this recipe of porridge from courgettes implies the presence of a pearl barley, it is necessary to start cooking with it. Rinse thoroughly rinsed croup with cold water and leave for three or four hours. Then the liquid is changed to clean and cooked pearl barley at minimum heat.

While preparing the croup, you can pay attention to the rest of the ingredients. Washed and dried vegetables are peeled and crushed. Marrows are cut into cubes, onion, - half rings, tomatoes - slices. Prepared in this way, vegetables are laid out on a skillet, at the bottom of which there is already butter, and stew on minimum heat, without forgetting to stir occasionally. After they become soft, they are combined with the cooked croup and heated for ten minutes. Finished dish sprinkled with finely chopped herbs and served for dinner.

Option with rice and carrots

This dish is prepared using a multivark. It consists of simple budget products, the purchase of which does not affect the state of your wallet. This useful and easy porridge can be given not only to adults, but also to children. To prepare it you will need:

  • A glass of filtered water.
  • Young zucchini.
  • A glass of round rice.
  • Average carrot.
  • A glass of fresh cow milk.
  • Salt, granulated sugar and butter.

The washed vegetables are peeled and cut into small cubes. Immediately after this zucchini and carrots are spread in the bowl of the multivark. There also send pre-washed rice croup.

There, add sugar and salt. All this is kept on minimal heat until the desired consistency is obtained.
