Gymnastics Kegel - an effective method to strengthen intimate muscles

Most girls and women are very sensitive to their figure, trying to keep it in shape. To do this, they have to engage in fitness to tighten the muscles. But about the training of intimate muscles, for some reason, many forget. Meanwhile, the sexual attractiveness of a woman depends on the state of the "muscles of love". If the partner is able to control the vaginal muscles, then she will not be cut off from the men. And not only for the sake of male pleasure it is necessary to strengthen the intimate zone, for a trained woman, the sensations of sexual contact become brighter.

Of course, it is not necessary to strive to reach the level of oriental priestesses of love who are able to perform various tricks with the help of vaginal muscles. But to strengthen the intimate area is useful for all women, especially if they already have children.

Kegel's gymnastics can help in this. These specific exercises were developed, thanks to the doctor Arnold Kegel, and the main purpose of these exercises was to strengthen the perineum muscles in women giving birth to cope with such trouble as urinary incontinence.

However, today Kegel's gymnastics for women is used not only for curative, but also for preventive purposes. After all, the ability to control vaginal muscles during lovemaking improves the quality of sex. So it is recommended to train not only in the postpartum period, but also simply to increase muscle tone.

It must be said that the exercises that make up Kegel's gymnastics are simple and can be mastered by every girl or woman. Classes do not require the availability of free time, since you can conduct trainings, so to speak, "without interruption of production." These actions are completely invisible to others, so they can be done, for example, in transport, during cooking, or directly at the workplace.

To learn the exercises that Kegel offers gymnastics, you need to understand which muscles we have to train. To do this, you need to try to delay urination, at this moment you can feel the tension of the muscles, which will need to be brought into tone.

Begin with slow compression. To perform this exercise, you need to slowly strain the intimate muscles and keep them in a tense state for 5-20 seconds, then also slowly relax. While the muscles are still weak, it will be difficult to hold the tension for a long time, but after several trainings the exercise will get better.

The next exercise is called "elevator". To perform it, you must first strain your muscles a little, and stay in this state for a few seconds, then increase the effort a little. We continue the exercise, passing 4-7 degrees of tension. Then we begin as slowly "descend", passing the "floor" behind the "floor".

Continues gymnastics Kegel action, which is called "rapid compression." When it is done, you need to strain and relax muscles with maximum speed.

The last exercise is called "pushing". It should be moderate to push down, as if wanting to cause an act of defecation. This exercise helps strengthen the muscles of the anus and abdominal press.

If you have never before engaged in intimate gymnastics, then you need to start training with ten repetitions of each exercise. Classes should be conducted three to five times a day. Do not be afraid of such intensity, because, as already mentioned, the exercises can be performed "between business".

Perhaps, in the initial stages, not everything will work out, but as the muscles grow stronger everything will improve. Gradually, you need to increase the number of repetitions of each exercise, bringing them to thirty.

Women who practiced Kegel exercises, reviews leave, basically, positive. Muscles tighten, sensuality intensifies, intimate relationships develop. The only condition - in order to achieve a noticeable effect, lessons should be regular. So do not be lazy, and your sex life will blossom with new colors!
