Glycine - an aliphatic amino acid, which does not have optical isomers in its composition, is also a neurotransmitter acid. The eponymous drug contains an amino acid and auxiliary substances - water-soluble methylcellulose and magnesium stearate.

Now much debate about whether it is possible to give children glycine. Experts answer - yes, glycine for children can be applied. But be careful.

Glycine is the simplest preparation of nootropic action with a wide range of indications for use. He has only one contraindication - an individual intolerance, and he causes only one side reaction - allergic, that is, almost safe. Produced in sublingual tablets of white color and sweet taste, due to which the name of the amino acid and the drug itself (γλυκύς in the translation from Greek - sweet).
