Childhood

Elena Sanzharovskaya, whose biography began in the city of Novosibirsk, spent her entire childhood in permanent relocations from city to city. This is due to the work of his father, who was a military man. And in 1980 her family finally settled in Moscow. Mom, because of his father's profession, led a household. Eight years after Helen's birth, a second child appeared in the family - a girl with whom, despite the great age difference, little Lenochka had beautiful, warm and intimate relationships that have survived to this day. Elena always acted as a defender of her sister, and now she is also her best example for imitation.

In childhood and youth, Lena was not fond of sports and, probably, could not even imagine that she would be doing fitness seriously. She was indifferent to physical culture and constantly shirked from class. At school, the truth, I was engaged in skiing. She was also attracted to team types. And after school Lena entered the historical faculty of Moscow State University. But still the path of the history teacher did not become her choice for the rest of her life.

How did the young family come into being?

Elena Sanzharovskaya was married twice. In the first, she had no children. The second husband led Elena away from her first marriage, and their union lasted about 20 years. For our heroine, these were not the happiest years of life, except for the birth of two children. The first-born was Nikita's son. And the second girl was born Jan. The second birth changed the figure of Elena. And looking at herself in the mirror, she decided that it was time to change something.

And then in 1987 she took up the popular at that time in Moscow shaping. There, in the section, I became friends with my instructor, with whom they subsequently began to attend courses at the Federation of Aerobics of Russia in the sports complex "Olympic". Larisa Sidneva was in charge of it at the time. It was she who advised Elena to undergo training for a fitness instructor. The future coach attended numerous training courses, trainings and seminars. She also received an ISAT certificate after training at the International Aerobic Training School. At this school there was a deep enough study of the human anatomy, which allows it to more professionally select exercises for its wards.

For a long time she worked as a coach in the Federation of Aerobics, while continuing the training. Raising their professional level, gaining experience, together with their girlfriend they decided to open a fitness studio "Natel-Sport". Now Elena Sanzharovskaya is a fitness coach in her own club. But one girlfriend's club did not stop and opened a branch of their studio, which was additionally equipped with a swimming pool. This allowed to carry out developing at that time aqua aerobics.

Betrayal of a loved one

Business developed quite successfully and brought profit. Elena Sanzharovskaya invested money in real estate and in the education of children. She was quite a self-sufficient woman. But the relationship with her husband could not be called ideal. While she was growing professionally, he worked as a taxi driver. When she had her own fitness room, her husband also finished courses and became an aerobics trainer in her club. They worked together, but this did not affect the quality of their family life. Elena had to endure the attacks of jealousy and authoritarianism of her husband. In the relationship with their common son, the husband of Elena Sanzharovskaya was intolerant, humiliated and mocked at the adolescent. When Nikita graduated from high school, she wanted his son to be educated and chose his career path himself. But the husband insisted that he needed to go to the army, and was categorically against admission to the institute.

And so Elena decided to divorce. For her husband, this was unexpected, if not disastrous. At first, he was against it, and then suggested to leave in what she had come to him once.

After some time, the ex-husband began trying to get his wife back. He actively courted her, gave gifts and flowers. Since Elena was still feeling for him, she again decided to resume the relationship. But everything was not as beautiful as we wanted. The husband of Sanzharovskaya decided to take Elena's property. He began in every possible way to encourage her to rewrite all her property in his name. He said that their life would be better if Elena became financially dependent on him, that this would allow her to become a good wife. And Elena Sanzharovskaya agreed to this step.

Soon the husband expels Elena along with their daughter from the apartment (Nikita's son studied at that time in the US), and they had to live with Sister Sanzharovskaya. It was a blow that entailed severe emotional problems. She even tried to commit suicide.

Elena sues her husband and tries to return the property. Justice leans toward her side. But then - a new blow. On Sanzharovskaya criminal case. She is accused of hiring a killer to kill her abuser. Everything could end in a long prison sentence. But she had to spend four years in the hospital, as a result of which her health and physical form were severely impaired. But the spirit was not broken. And Elena again began to restore her body and with great effort began her favorite work.

Children and the tragedy of life

Elena Sanzharovskaya is a strong, strong-willed woman. But, as they say, the stronger the person, the more difficulties in his destiny. And a new tragedy, the tragedy of all life, did not keep itself waiting. Her son, after returning from a wedding trip in which he sprained his ankle, gets to the hospital. He fell into a coma after the doctors injected him with an anesthetic. And from this coma he no longer leaves.

Probably, it makes no sense to talk about what it was a blow for loving mother. From such people can not recover all their lives. It's good that Elena Sanzharovskaya has a daughter who gave birth to a son. This child became a ray of the sun, warming the torn soul of a strong woman.

The search for love
