This is necessary in cases where there is no possibility of creating security through the use of specially designed equipment and rooms with appropriate planning.

The use of this device makes it possible to receive liquid in the area affected by infection.

The kit includes: a mask, a filtering-absorbing box (FPC), a cape on the head, a bag.

Design Features

In comparison with earlier models, the modification of PMK-3 has oversized glasses of increased dimensions. The product is equipped with a talking device and a system that ensures the reception of water.

The improved design has a higher degree of tightness, contributes to the reduction of condensation of moisture on the glass.

Slots of a circular shape on both halves of the gas mask are intended for FPC fixation. This allows you to set it in the desired position, which is required in each specific case, and also makes it possible to take into account the physiological characteristics of the person using the gas mask. The opposite hole is closed by a plug.

Inside the body of the mask is a podmasochnik, serving to divide the internal volume into separate zones. In addition, this element provides the creation of ways for air to access glasses of glasses.

To ensure the possibility of water supply, a structure is provided which consists of a valve at the bottom of the mask and a device for connecting to the liquid container.

This node serves to exclude ingress of air from the atmosphere.

About other elements included in the kit

Depending on the type of harmful substances, which must be protected, different types of filters are used. There is the possibility of placing several different filters in the box, which is reflected in the markings on the case.

Additional elements included:

• For the protection of the scalp and neck, a hood of a removable structure is used, in which a fire shield is provided;
• For warming the head in the cold season provides a heater, made in the form of a helmet.

A hood and a heater must be the same size.

The bag is designed to carry the gas mask and its components.
