After the material passes through the vibrating screen and goes to the drying drum, where it acquires a moisture degree of not more than 12%. The drum is equipped with a powerful heat generator. Qualitatively dried raw materials are crushed by a hammer-type crusher.

Briquetting and packing

After that, the material is transported to the briquette. Briquette is a powerful press that can be of different types: screw, hydraulic or mechanical. The screw is used extremely rarely, since it is very difficult to adapt it to an automatic process. After pressing, the briquettes undergo a cooling procedure. The cooling line in production reaches 30 meters in length. Further, the cooled briquettes are cut with a special automatic saw, which has extremely high precision.
