Evrodrova: reviews, prices. Production of European

From the earliest times a man needed fuel for heating, cooking, making tools and hunting. When there is a forest nearby, there are no problems. The desert is a different matter. Here, dry dwarf shrub or dried animal manure is used as fuel. Today the main energy resources of the world are coal, oil and gas. In Europe, increasingly prefer to use pellets, briquettes. Yerrodrova is another name for this product.

Manufacturers of briquettes and pellets

The most promising country-producer of Euro-cities is Russia, since it has been rich in endless forest resources since time immemorial. Russia produces Euro-rods, mainly for export: it has enough oil and gas to meet the country's needs. For example, in Europe, the countries of which have been importing Russian fuel for many years, they use eurodrova, the price of which is much lower. They are considered the cheapest type of heating products.

This type of fuel today is very common in European countries for heating rooms using special boilers. If such boilers were originally used exclusively for industrial purposes, heating factories, factories, etc., now this method is used by ordinary citizens. They heat private residential houses, using for this purpose Eurodraw. Customers' comments indicate that this type of fuel is distinguished by a light ignition, thanks to a special hole that is made inside the log.

Species of firewood

There is a certain classification of Euro-droids: pellets, briquettes. It determines the type of product by technical characteristics. In this regard, firewood falls under a certain norm of the European standard. Some types of pellets are suitable only for industrial use. They are coarser, made of different types of wood, and they have different properties of combustion. Others, in the production of which one type of trees is used, most often of coniferous species, are used for heating the private sector. The material and the process of manufacturing future products determine the norms of the European standard, which include such parameters:

  • Dimensions;
  • combustion;
  • humidity
  • Ash content.

And therefore, each of the self-respecting producers is obliged to strictly follow the technological process, so that afterwards its products can pass without certification certification and exported to different countries. The whole Europe buys Eurodrod: feedback on their application is only positive. Especially their low cost and excellent heat output are noted.

Eurocard prices

Use pellets or eurobricks is very convenient. They are transported in special large bags. Burning pellets takes place in boilers using special bins, from which they automatically come. Thus, the boiler is able to work for several days.

Evrodrova, whose price is quite low, adequately took their place on the world market of biofuel:

  • The average cost of 1 ton of eurobricket from coniferous trees - 4,500 rubles;
  • 1 ton of Euro-rods from a mixture of coniferous species and birch stands at 4,900 rubles.

Many of the consumers who use Eurocard in the heating of the house leave only positive feedback: after combustion in the boilers, there is almost no ash left. It should be remembered that one tonne of European bricks replaces five cubic meters of conventional firewood, burns much longer and gives more heat to the room.

Manufacturing process

The production of eurodoors includes several stages. First, it is necessary to grind large parts of wood waste: a special chipper is responsible for this. Further on the conveyor the raw material moves to a certain place and is stored there. Then there is further grinding to a certain fraction and placing in the silos by a forklift. There are three such bunkers. One of them is designed for non-standard sizes of raw materials, the other is filled with mass, which is then sent to the heat generator, the third - for wood chips. After the material passes through the vibrating screen and goes to the drying drum, where it acquires a moisture degree of not more than 12%. The drum is equipped with a powerful heat generator. Qualitatively dried raw materials are crushed by a hammer-type crusher.

Briquetting and packing

After that, the material is transported to the briquette. Briquette is a powerful press that can be of different types: screw, hydraulic or mechanical. The screw is used extremely rarely, since it is very difficult to adapt it to an automatic process. After pressing, the briquettes undergo a cooling procedure. The cooling line in production reaches 30 meters in length. Further, the cooled briquettes are cut with a special automatic saw, which has extremely high precision. The packaging machine completes the process.

Production has a conveyor-automatic principle, providing technology with great performance. This technology is very practical and economical, helps to protect natural resources. Since one ton of Euro-rods equals two tons of conventional ones, the saving is obvious when burning. Numerous companies, against the backdrop of a general perspective, are engaged in the production of equipment for the production of a variety of biologically pure fuels, such as briquettes and pellets.

Costs of production organization

The key units of the equipment are:

  • A crusher with a capacity of 1000 kg per hour;
  • Pyrolysis furnace ;
  • The pressing machine, which produces 210 kg per hour;
  • Drying unit with a capacity of 600 kg per hour;
  • Conveyor units;
  • High-precision saw;
  • packing machine.

The total contribution to the equipment is 890 000 rubles. Every company that is just starting its business will easily pay back the costs for a short period of time when investing in Eurodoors. Equipment for biofuels production is within the following limits:

  • Crusher - 160 000 rubles;
  • Dryer - 250 000 rubles;
  • Press assembly - 250 000 rubles;
  • Pyrolysis furnace - 230 000 rubles.

Yevrodrova, whose reviews are very positive, are very popular with Russian consumers. Many residents of private homes and dachas have long switched to biofuel, thus saving money on heating during severe winters.

Consumers are pleased with the possibility of storing eurodoors indoors, as they do not have foreign impurities, smells and are an environmentally friendly product. Absence of smoke, long burning, strong heat emission, convenience of storage and, most importantly, low price are the main advantages of this product.
