Ergonomics of the workplace

Today, most of the work is done in front of the computer. Previously, special requirements were imposed on the workplaces, which every employee should follow, as they were the necessary measures for labor protection. Today, unfortunately, employees equip jobs at their own discretion. But not everyone is able to observe such a principle as the ergonomics of the workplace. In this regard, often office workers are faced with discomfort. And for successful work, comfort is simply necessary. The office space must be rationally planned, and the ergonomics of the workplace is respected.

Specialists in office style and business comfort argue that the best people work in offices with partitions, when each employee has a separate, albeit not isolated, zone.

Ergonomics of the workplace also implies sufficient sound insulation, competent placement of equipment.

Equally important for effective work is color. Color for man is always a symbol, stimulus, message. Color has an impact on the emotional state of a person, with which it is impossible to fight. Excitation, increased tone and performance are the result of warm shades. Concentration, immersion in work - cold. Blue color promotes intensive work of the brain. White color is neutral. Red is too aggressive.

Competent lighting is another aspect of creating a comfortable workflow. The work of a team or an individual employee can not be effective without sufficient and properly installed lighting. Natural lighting, of course, is the healthiest. After it, halogen lamps are in second place .

Temperature, humidity, the possibility of airing - all this is important to take into account when creating a working space for effective work.

Ergonomics of the workplace should facilitate comfortable work with minimal loads. During the day, the office worker sits most of the time. At the same time, he often sits wrong. When sitting, there must be a contact of the back with the back of the chair, and the legs should stand firmly on the floor. The result of improper sitting are headaches, distracted attention, decreased concentration, pain in the neck, spine, coccyx, thigh, knee.

The correct seat should be equipped with a headrest, armrests, due to which it is possible to remove the load from the shoulders. The back should be elastic, have an anatomical shape. The chair must support the body throughout the growth.

The height and inclination of the chair should be adjustable - this requires the ergonomics of the workplace in the office or at home. The chair plays an important role in the organization of a comfortable workplace, and the remaining elements help to achieve the maximum result.

The keyboard for the work should also be ergonomic. For permanent typing, a white keyboard is best, and not black, as the search for white on black gradually irritates the lens of the eye.

The ergonomics of the workplace in the office does not leave even the "height" of the keys without control. For typing large volumes of characters, the laptop keyboard, the so-called "slim", is the best choice. The progress of such keys is less, and for their pressing less force is required, as a result of which the hands are tired less than the example.

No less significant moment is the volume with which the keys are pressed. The quieter the keyboard, the better. Loud chirrings cause irritation and can even lead to a nervous breakdown.

There are many aspects of literate workplace construction, each of which is very important. It is worth to listen to what ergonomics says - this will allow you to work more efficiently and stay healthy.
