The first stage

The initial stage is the easiest, so all the exercises on it can safely be performed at home without the doctor's supervision. The most optimal complex contains the following exercises:

  1. Lying on your back and stretching your arms clearly along the body, you need to alternately pull your legs to the chest, bending them. It is necessary to begin with five repetitions, but every day it is worth adding as much. In the end, it will be necessary to bring the number of repetitions in men to 35, and in women - to 25.
  2. Having taken the same starting position, you need to lift already straightened legs. The number of repetitions is calculated in the same way as in the previous exercise.
  3. Lying on your back and leaning on your elbows, you should bend your legs slightly and rest against them in the wall. Then you need to take a few small steps up until the legs are fully straightened, and then return to their original position. The number of repetitions each establishes for itself, but through force it is not necessary to perform.
  4. Lying on your back on a solid mattress, placing your feet on a chair next to you, you should lift the pelvis (to the position of the "half-bridge") and hold it in this position for about 5 minutes. This exercise is performed only once a day, so overstrain your body and try to do a few repetitions should not be. At the first lessons you can not use a chair.

Treatment in the second stage

In the event that the disease is already in the second stage, the therapeutic gymnastics will be conducted with increased caution. It will be necessary to perform fewer repetitions, and the movements are made even more smooth. The complex of exercises in the second stage of omission of the kidney includes:

  1. Lying on his back, bending his legs and resting his feet on the floor, it is necessary to squeeze the gymnastic rubber ball with his knees. It must be squeezed with the knee for 10 seconds, then relax your legs, and then repeat the exercise. In total there should be about 8-10 approaches.
  2. Lying on his side and fully stretching both legs, the upper leg should be raised as high as possible, hold in this position for no more than a couple of seconds and lower to the starting position. Repeat 10 times, then turn to the other side and perform the same.
  3. Standing on all fours, you need to bend your back up, fix this position for 2-3 seconds, and then return to the starting position. The number of repetitions can be from 7 to 10.

Contraindications

People suffering from this disease, you should know that not all physical exercises can be performed while omitting the kidney. Doctors categorically forbid lifting weights and making sharp slopes. Often there is an omission of the right kidney, therefore it is impossible to incline in this direction under any circumstances, otherwise without the hospitalization it will be difficult to solve the problem.

After treatment
