2) workers - for each percent of failure to fulfill the plan, the employee loses 1% of the premium, for every percent of overfulfilment of the plan - the incentive is 1% to the salary;

3) Sales managers - salary and bonus, which is paid for overfulfilment of the quarterly plan established by the commercial department. The size of this bonus is 3% of the salary for each percentage of revenue received by the department for the quarter over the plan. This premium is divided into three and paid out in the next quarter on a monthly basis.

Thus, all groups of personnel are motivated by this system, which directly allows the company and, in particular, its employees to achieve the goals set for them.

Another obvious advantage of the budgeting system is the reduction of the time for managers to adjust the plan, since all budgets are interrelated. For example, if the planned production volume changes by 5%, then the total amount of direct costs will change by 5%. This will lead to the fact that the manager will have more time to make managerial decisions aimed at eliminating the existing problems at the enterprise.
