Suppose a user created his site and posted it on some hosting. Okay, if he himself comes from his terminal to other resources, but after all, feedback must also be made, and other people should visit the site created. But how can this be done if the address of the computer is constantly changing?

This is where the DNS server helps, which constantly monitors the IP change and associates it with the domain name. Roughly speaking, if a user called his resource vasya.com and installed a dynamic IP for him, any other person when entering such an address in the browser will be directed to the tied user terminal or Vasin website without any problems.
