Craft a decorative tree with our own hands

Residents of eastern countries firmly believe that the decorative tree brings good luck, so it should be in every house. Of course, anyone who believes or does not believe in, everyone decides, but against the fact that these crafts can serve as an excellent decoration for the interior, it is difficult to argue. Today in shops it is possible to get decorative trees for every taste, but the most valuable and unique, certainly, will be a product made by own hands. Especially since it is not too difficult.

The money tree decorated with real coins will be especially nice. However, miniature dollars also look good. To make such a tree (decorative) with our own hands, we will need:

• Small green beads;
• Wire (thin and thick);
• Thread;
• Building gypsum;
• PVA glue;
• Varnish;
• gouache;
• Paraffin (or plasticine);
• Coins, in which holes will be made (well, if they are decorative, but also conventional ones). You can use bills, as well as trinkets or something like that;
• Dish (a vase or a pot).

Now, in detail about how to make a decorative tree.

To begin better with leaves. This process is painstaking and long (it can take several days). Stringing beads on the wire, you need to make a certain number of loops, and then weave them into one (for example, 4 loops of 9 beads on each). Continue until you get the right amount of "leaves". It all depends on what size and how lush and spreading tree you want to make.

Further, the decorative tree, created by oneself, is required to be provided with a well-reinforced barrel in the lower part (otherwise the construction will not withstand the weight of the coins). To do this, mix a bit of gypsum with glue PVA in a ratio of 1: 1 and coat the resulting skeleton (assembled from the interlacing of the wire) with this mass. Waiting for the barrel to harden, the design can be slightly adjusted.

Our tree - decorative, with its own hands lovingly created - in need of branches, which will also be created from wire and beads. The shape of the branches depends on the taste and imagination of the master. After the branches are attached, the frame is painted with gouache and covered with varnish.

The next stage is the preparation of coins. We need to make holes in them. Then the tree should be securely fixed in a pot (vase) with the help of plasticine or molten paraffin. The final stage will be the fixing of coins on branches with the help of threads. It would be nice to put a little "gold" at the bottom of the trunk of our craft.

As you can see, making a decorative tree with your own hands is not so difficult. According to the Chinese tradition, there should be at least 100 coins. Feng Shui advises placing the product in the wealth zone (meaning the south-eastern part of the house), then the money tree will be of maximum benefit. And the red ribbon tied to the trunk strengthens the positive energy.
