Cash Cash Order and Cash Money - What's In Common?

Calculations in cash are convenient and simple. Most ordinary citizens in the CIS and Eastern Europe prefer to receive wages and pay for goods and services with "live money". To do this, it is enough to take a note of the desired denomination and make an operation. However, if you are asked to buy something for the home company where you work, or for organization (for example, for a kindergarten or school), everything will change dramatically. You can not just go to the director and take money from him or give him money to buy. That the director or another employee of the enterprise does not have the temptation to take money for himself and spend it on his own needs, rather than on what is really needed by the enterprise, certain documents are issued. So, for example, if you want to give money for the needs of the school, take the rest of travel funds or return the change after purchasing office supplies, you will have to fill in the cash receipt.

The whole point is that for legal associations, enterprises and organizations there are specially developed rules, not observing which it is impossible to conduct cash operations. These rules are adopted by the Central Bank of the state and regulate the movement of cash in the enterprises. In accordance with them, any receipt of cash must be registered with a cash receipt document. Accordingly, if the money is issued from the cash register, it is necessary to fill out the cash account document. All cash orders are entered in a special Journal. Each income and expenditure transaction is fixed in the cash book by orders.

To arrange the arrival of cash to the cashier, you need to go to the cashier, who will offer you to fill out the form of the cash receipt. This document is made up of two sections. The first one is a table containing codes for accounting (it is entitled as a cash receipt), the second is a voucher receipt of the cash document.

Filling in the first part of the form, first of all make the name of the organization, the code of its activity, the date of making money to the cashier, the document number, accounting codes and the amount. The surname and initials of the person who contributes money to the cashier, the amount in words and the basis for depositing money (why money is paid) are listed below. The second section of the cash document contains only the data of the person who deposits the money and the amount.

Fill out the cash documents carefully and accurately with the ballpoint pen of the set color (blue, black). Corrections, colored ink, gel pens and a pencil are not allowed. If permitted by law, orders can be printed on a computer using an accounting program.

Ready cash receipt cashier confirms his signature and takes money from you. After that you need to put a seal on the warrant. This can be done by the chief accountant after he checks the warrant and signs it. When everything is arranged, you take money, and in return issue a detachable receipt.

The seal on the incoming cash order is always put in the right section of it, namely, on receipts. It proves that you did not take the money yourself, did not give it personally to the director, but made it to the cashier's office where they will be spent.

In addition to printing an important requisite of the warrant is its registration number. It is stamped by the cashier and proves that this order will be registered in a special register - a magazine for orders. Without this number, the cash receipt can easily be rewritten or simply discarded, and you put money in your pocket. It is very important to check the presence of the registration number, especially if you received the money for the report and you need to report to another company where the money was given to you.
