Suddenly, a quiet noise is stunned by the sound of flying fighters. Anya immediately runs to her father, and Sasha - to the place of gathering in case of mobilization. The whole garrison covers panic, people take weapons without orders, others try to escape through the central gate.
Sasha sees complete chaos, on instructions he had to flee to a special house, but he was destroyed. Andrei Kizhevatov understands that this fight will not end for him, he sends his wife and daughter Anya prisoner, and he himself remains with his soldiers to fight back to death. The soldiers who remained in the fortress, fought to the death, no one surrendered to the enemy. The voice behind the scenes tells about the fate of many soldiers and officers who were awarded posthumously. Sasha is chosen from the fortress. Walking along the field, he squeezes a small bundle, later it becomes clear that this battle banner.
