A verdict is an ancient rite that has survived to this day

Long ago people turned to various phenomena of nature as living beings, giving them names and deifying them. The purpose of such treatment was to propitiate the gods of nature, to ask them for good weather, sun and rain, an excellent harvest.

Beautiful poems were created, small songs, which later were called "zaklichki" and "sentences." Sentencing, turning to the phenomena of nature, everyone wanted to propitiate the god and turn to him with beautiful words.

A verdict is a poem about animals

In ancient times, children grew in close proximity to nature. Parents were engaged in cattle breeding, and their yards were full of different domestic animals. From the earliest childhood, each child began to observe their behavior, to copy sounds, movements. And moms told children about animals, using small rhymes, nursery rhymes and jokes.

Over time, such forms of folklore have been called the "sentence". These are small lines of verse in which people turn to animals.

The most popular were the spring verses. The verdict is an opportunity to call spring birds back from the warm edges, because it was their return that was considered the beginning of a new season of spring field work.

Заклички as a variant of calm of the phenomena of the nature

Children also spoke the names of the children, referring to the phenomena of nature. In them they sought to turn to the sun, so that it began to warm better, and spring came. Zaklichki, sentences served as an excuse for conversion during a severe drought or prolonged rain. In such small games there were words of gratitude to nature for the fact that a person can live, eat, grow and develop in harmony with the world around him.

To date, there are several cycles of calls: spring, summer and autumn. Each of them is used as a gratitude and asking for blessings and mercy towards people.

Zaklichki, sentences that have come down to our days

To date, children in kindergartens and schools teach a lot of verses from folk art on various holidays. In them they turn to the phenomena of nature. The meaning of these verses in the modern world is lost. Now the roll-call, the sentence is a more comical quatrain than the magic words referring to nature and animals. Today, a person can already explain what and why is happening in the surrounding world due to the accumulated millennia of knowledge.

Among the most popular are the following:

Larks-larks!

The quails are quails,

Come to us, bring us

Spring is warm, summer is fertile,

Spring with rain, summer with herbs.

Aye, rainbow-arc.

Do not bring us rain.

Invite the sun,

Red paillette

Under our window.

Humorous and funny verdicts, zaklichki - this is an opportunity not only to teach modern children to appeal to nature, but also to love it.
