General concepts of fish preparation

There are a lot of options for preparing this fabulous dish, but we provide a common recipe, which every hostess can already remake, as they say, "for themselves."

Cooking method

2). To stuffing, add two st. Spoons of flour and one egg, salt, pepper. Instead of flour and eggs, it is possible to add bread, previously soaked in milk.

3). Knead and grind again.

4). From minced meat to make tortillas, in the center - a notch and put the stuffing there.

5). Bend the cake as if you are making dumplings, pinching edges.

It is convenient to fasten the flesh of a fish with a cloth moistened with water.

6). Egg to beat, grease cutlets.

7). Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a deep saucepan or frying pan each side for about five minutes.

Ingredients:

  1. Fish: 0,5 kg.
  2. Flour: 2 tbsp. Spoons.
  3. Half the bulb.
  4. Half of the root of parsley.
  5. Several laurel leaves.
  6. Black peppercorns.
  7. A teaspoonful of anise or fennel (seeds).
  8. Three teaspoons of salt.
  9. One and a half liters of water.

Body according to the Old Slavic recipe

We recast the old recipe in a new way, but the ingredients and cooking steps were left original.

Ingredients:

  • 1-1,5 kg of fresh pike perch;
  • 0.5 kg of ham;
  • 100 g of butter.

Preparation:

Pike perch is separated from bones and skin. Flesh to grind in a meat grinder or blender. Divide the mince into two halves. Ham chop and fry with a quarter of minced meat. From the second quarter of the stuffing roll balls and fry. The remaining stuff is rolled into a cake, put on it balls and stuffing with ham. Put on a napkin, tie with a thread. Dip into the water and boil in boiling water for half an hour. Then remove and allow to cool. Expand the napkin, take it out. Put in a frying pan, greased with oil and put in the oven until a ruddy crust.
