Viktor Ivanovich Ilyukhin is a well-known politician who for a long time was a member of the State Duma, representing the interests of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. Was part of it from the first to the fifth convocation. Victor Ilyukhin, whose cause of death is incomprehensible and unclear until the end, was an adviser to the justice of the second class. His biography and life path is devoted to this article.

Beginning of biography

The famous politician Viktor Ilyukhin was born on March 1, 1949 in the small Penza village of Sosnovka, which is located in the Kuznetsky district. After graduating from high school in 1971 he entered the Institute of Krupskaya city of Saratov at the Faculty of Law.

Start of work

His work activity Viktor Ilyukhin began in the forestry of his native city. He mastered the first profession of the loader very quickly. And when I was already at the institute, at the last courses I began to combine my studies with work in the ROVD. It turned out that being an investigator is very difficult. After graduation, he abruptly advanced in the service, becoming a lawyer-lawyer.

But then it was time for urgent service and Viktor Ilyukhin, whose biography is full of events, gets to the Pacific Fleet. Year of service in the Navy was remembered by a young man for life. But this military and complex life at the submarine submarine was not only able to teach the young man a lot, but also tempered his character.

Returning to his former place of work in 1975, Victor Ilyukhin, whose photo is in this article, began to rise abruptly up the career ladder. At first he was an investigator in the district prosecutor's office, and soon there was an increase - the post of deputy head of the investigation department. After that he became the head of this department. Before the famous politician entered the CPSU in 1978, he was appointed deputy prosecutor of the Penza region.

Work in the Prosecutor's Office

For two years, since 1984, Viktor Ilyukhin holds the post of deputy prosecutor, and then followed an increase in the general prosecutor's office of the Soviet Union. In the post of chief of the main investigation department, he worked for three years. During this time, Vladimir Ivanovich took part in the disclosure and investigation of various war crimes, among which were the high-profile cases of the Nazis. This greatly influenced him and further strengthened the character and desire to achieve truth in everything. Victor Ilyukhin managed to work in the "hot" spots, where he headed the special groups that were investigating.

Already in mid-1989, a well-known politician Ilyukhin Victor Ivanovich, on the recommendation of the Prosecutor General of the Soviet Union, was appointed head of the department, which oversaw compliance with the laws. At the same time, he becomes a member of the collegium of the Prosecutor's Office, and after a while and an indispensable assistant to Sukharev.

In 1990, he loudly declared himself when he spoke out against a group that was engaged in exposing high-ranking officials in Uzbekistan. He attacked Gdlyan and Ivanov with accusations that they used illegal investigative actions. Viktor Ivanovich demanded that criminal cases be filed against these people, but the public nevertheless took their side. After that, the whole country spoke of him as a reactionary.

But Ilyukhin did not leave his accusatory deeds, and already in 1991 he opened a criminal case against the incumbent president. Mikhail Gorbachev was charged with treason to the Motherland, since in September of the same year he signed an agreement on the independence of some countries, for example, Estonia and Lithuania. But Nikolai Trubin, who at that time was the Prosecutor General of the Soviet Union, closed the case, since the law of 1990 was violated not by Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev himself, but by the State Council.

A few days later, the prosecutor's career was over, since the obstinate communist was fired. After that, Vladimir Ivanovich Ilyukhin worked for some time in Pravda, where he was in charge of the legal department.

Political activity

After leaving the prosecutor's office, Vladimir Ivanovich continued his activity. Not being able to initiate criminal cases, he urged them to run them against several presidents. Accused them that they signed the Belovezhsky agreement, which led to the disintegration of the Soviet Union.

In the fall of 1993, as soon as the Supreme Council ceased to exist on the orders of Boris Nikolayevich, Ilyukhin was appointed a prosecutor by a decree of the parliament. In 1994, Vladimir Ivanovich took up the post of chairman of the security committee.

Personal life

Vladimir Ivanovich Ilyukhin was married once. His wife, Nadezhda Nikolaevna, successfully built her career as a lawyer. In this marriage, two children were born: Catherine and Vladimir.

Death

Unexpectedly for all, Viktor Ivanovich died in a family cottage on nineteenth March 2011. His son still went to school.

The doctors determined that the death was due to an extensive and protracted heart attack. But despite this, the departure of a politician like Ilyukhin seemed very strange. He never complained about his heart, so it is possible that in his death there was a political component.
