From the island's capital, the city of Nicosia, it is only 45 km away, from the largest resort of Ayia Napa 41 km, and from another interesting tourist site - the city of Protaras - about 51 km. Its shortcomings include undeveloped infrastructure, insufficient quality sand cleaning by beach workers, noise from the airport.
