Renovation: Interesting Ideas

We all often thought that it would be nice to start repairing, changing the situation, so that the house "played" in a new way. Is this really so? Is it true that the linoleum is worn out, the wallpaper is darkened, and the tile is cracked? Certainly not!

It is well known that not always repair of apartments is caused by an urgent need in it, often a global restructuring is conceived only because it became boring to the owners. It's boring to sleep on the order of a bored bed, it's boring to wander around the apartment with the same route. In search of new sensations these eccentrics start a repair. Designers willingly help them squander their money.

The result of the symbiosis of the creative flight of the stylist's thoughts and the tight purse of the owner of square meters is the amazing transformations of the room, looking at which, it's hard to believe that you are still in reality.

Sometimes the design of apartments and houses produces a really stunning impression. Can not the living room with the inclined walls and the same ceiling surprise you? Or the entrance hall, at the entrance to which sits a huge dog, apparently no different from the present? Surprising huge size bedrooms - ice houses "a la Snow Queen", or children's rooms, in which the cot cozily settled in the house of Baba Yaga, who nestled on chicken feet.

In these interiors everything has been thought out to the last detail, everything is harmonious and impressive. Sometimes their own, decorated with a viscous lattice and arches, they resemble the palaces of the rulers of the Ancient East, and a bold futuristic design brings those living in it, a thousand years ahead.

Many were surprised by the work of the architect, who placed instead of a long wall of a narrow corridor adjacent to the living room, a huge aquarium in which exotic fish swim very harmoniously with the home environment. Purely white walls around do not interfere with the contemplation of this idyll. A small room now seems simply huge, and after all its area has not increased by a centimeter.

But not only for fun sake these masterpieces are created, many projects pursue quite good goals. Proof of this is the development created by the architect Luis de Garrido for the top model Naomi Campbell. One, a well-known billionaire, presented him as a gift to his beloved. There is a small house on one of the Turkish islands.

The construction strikes the imagination, not even with five living rooms and 25 bedrooms, but with the fact that the house is completely autonomous. He receives nothing from outside - neither gas, nor electricity, nor water. The building is built in the form of a fish's eye, the metal frame is filled with glass panels, you can contemplate the sky overhead all day and night. Heating it is carried out due to the greenhouse effect of large glass areas. Protection from the hot sun is the sloped blinds, and ventilation is provided for the vent. The building is equipped with a system for cleaning rain and sewage , hot water is received by solar panels. The house even makes reserves of electricity and drinking water. Under his dome is a panoramic terrace, from which you can admire the surroundings. The author of the project from Spain noted that the maximum amount of costs no one installed, there was no objection and against the design ideas.
