Perennials are spring pioneers

The garden, blooming from the appearance of the first thawed patches and to crispy frosts - is the cherished desire of every real gardener. Another winter tramples in the district, and spring-skilful already began to weave your flower carpet. Early perennial plants, hibernating in the garden, were the first to feel the timid breath of spring.

Cautiously, straight from under the snow, bright yellow buds of Erantis peep out, like sunbeams in green jabots and white fluffy pelerines. As soon as the clearing is warmed, they open their solar petals, foreshadowing the summer for us. What they are bright and clean against the backdrop of bare earth! The Erantis perfectly feel themselves in the garden on the Alpine hills and under the trees, on which leaves have not yet been pierced. These perennial plants die every year to the beginning of summer, but their rhizomes fall asleep in the earth, in order to again once again in the early spring reveal their beautiful flowers to the world.

Almost simultaneously with the Erantis, there are still some spring pioneers - galanthus, which we are accustomed to call snowdrops since childhood. And although all the earliest primroses are so called, in our minds these flowers are exactly the true snowdrops, like a milky white drop suspended on a thin stalk.

It is a pity that the yellow stars of the Erantis are so rare in our gardens, what a beautiful duet they would make up the snowdrops! These perennial flowers for the garden so much love the spring, that frost and snow they do not care. Even a weak spring breath is enough for them to shine with happiness. Well, who does not want to have such a miracle on your site?

At the very beginning of spring blooms and hellebore. Legend has it that this sweet creature was first found at the crib where Christ was born. "The Rose of Christ" is the second name of the hellebore. These persistent perennials carefully store their evergreen foliage under the snow cover, and if their double flowers appeared, then the garden comes to life, breaking out of the last embrace of winter - spring has come. Magically diverse in form and color, hellebore harmoniously complements other perennial flowers in the country, and surrounded by primroses and snowdrops, it looks delicious.

It is difficult to imagine a spring garden without unpretentious charming daisies. These crumbs in the early morning are the first to open their bright flowers, enjoying the sun's rays. In the spring glades, colorful round daisy caps look like scattered pearls on green velvet. Lovely these flowers - a symbol of purity, innocence and true love - fill the garden with an aura of kindness and cordiality.

In early spring, the general favorite of the viola, or violet, also blooms. Its colors are characterized by a rich palette - from bright colors to the finest shades. It is impossible to look indifferently at those big-eyed faces that people call lovingly pansy eyes.

Almost all perennial plants that blossom in early spring are completely unpretentious and ready to enjoy life where other plants simply will not survive. Once planted in the garden, these flowers, like loyal friends, return to us with a new spring to please with their magical flowering.
