Pate of beans - the most delicious sandwiches

In our time, pates from vegetables and mushrooms have become very popular, as many now try to eat healthy food and prefer vegetarian cuisine.

Pate - a very tender minced meat, vegetables, fish or mushrooms, which is prepared in a special way. For its preparation, potatoes, eggplants, mushrooms, beans and cabbage are perfectly suitable. Prepare such pates in different ways: boil the vegetables until ready, grate them through a sieve or use a meat grinder, put it in a mold and leave it to freeze or simply bake in the oven.

They are usually used for making sandwiches, as fillings for tartlets or as a separate dish. Pates from vegetables are very tasty, and in a hot form they can be served as a side dish to the main course. Serve them with a creamy, tomato or sour cream sauce. If the cooked pate is intended for a festive table, then try to decorate it with lemon slices, pomegranate seeds, grapes or sprinkle with herbs. Try the proposed recipes of pate and diversify their daily menu.

Bean pate

We need the following ingredients: one glass of beans, a glass of walnuts, a bulb, two spoons of 9% vinegar, 50 grams of butter, a bunch of fresh parsley, vegetable oil, spices, salt.

We cook the pate from the beans. In the evening we pour the beans with water and leave for the whole night. The next day, boil it in slightly salted water and grind it through a meat grinder. Do not digest strongly the beans, otherwise the pate from beans will turn dryish.

Walnuts fry in a frying pan without oil, clean the onion and also grind it through a meat grinder. Sprinkle beans mass with spices, salt, add butter and finely chopped greens. Pate of beans carefully knead, put in a mold and cool in the refrigerator.

Lentil pate

Necessary products: a glass of lentils (green), half a cup of walnuts (peeled), five pieces of prunes, an average onion, three cloves of garlic, three tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt.

Lentils are sorted, washed under running water and boiled. In the frying pan pour the vegetable oil and put in it onion rings. Fry on a very slow fire. In a minute we add a whole prune and cloves of garlic. After the onion is slightly fried, turn off the fire.

In the blender we lay walnuts, grind it well, add the roast, salt to taste and again grind. Then spread the finished lentil and again grind until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. If the paste is too dry, add more vegetable oil.
If the lentils are not cooked until the water evaporates completely , then the butter for pate may not be needed at all. Paste spread on bread and serve as a snack for the table.

Pate from mushrooms

We need the following ingredients: half a kilogram of any boiled mushrooms, a tablespoon of sifted flour, two eggs, four cloves of garlic, black pepper, three tablespoons of melted butter, a couple of spoons of mayonnaise, a spoonful of salt and any fresh herbs.

Boil mushrooms finely grind in a meat grinder. Garlic cloves and fresh herbs are crushed and combined with mushrooms. Eggs well beaten and poured into mushrooms. Here we add flour, pepper, salt and mix everything. Then we take a frying pan, melt the melted butter in it, spread the mushroom stuffing and fry it for about five minutes on a moderate fire, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula. Now put the stuffing in a cup, add the mayonnaise or sour cream and mix well again. This pate is perfect for breakfast sandwiches.
