Since April 3, new rules for registration of cars in 2011 have come into force. Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 28 "On Amending the Normative Legal Acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia" was signed on March 20, 2011. The rules reduce the number of actions for registering cars and save time for vehicle owners to document documents. This will reduce the lack of license plates in large regions that are familiar with such a deficit. At the same time, the state sign should still comply with GOSTs. Issue such marks are permitted only with the consent of the previous owner of the machine, which is subject to registration. The registration procedure for cars 2011 will be much easier for those who purchase a car, as well as for the seller.

Replacement of license plates does not require special permission from the State Automobile Inspection . Now you can just come to a specialized company that deals with this issue, present a certificate of registration and hand over the old numbers in exchange for new ones.
