Strange as it may seem, the third largest city in Germany acquired its own subway recently - in 1972. The opening of the subway was timed to coincide with the Olympics held in Munich. But in the new "U-Bann", even with its planning, all the amenities for people with limited mobility were provided. At each subway station or stopping ground transportation there are vending machines selling tickets. The bought coupon should be pinched.
