If the symptoms of bradycardia (arterial hypotension, dizziness, fatigue) develop or if the incidence of heart beat decreases to less than fifty beats per minute, a lower dosage should be established. If, after adjustment, the indices do not change, the drug is canceled.

Medication is ineffective in the prevention and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. The effect of the medication is lowered against the background of tachyarrhythmia.
