A serious accident, which occurred on October 12, 2013, turned the life of the family of Julia Vysotskaya and Andrei Konchalovsky. Their daughter Maria is still in the hospital.

It turns out that on October 12, 1988, twenty-five years ago, the director's mother died - Natalia Petrovna Konchalovskaya, who was a children's poetess and translator. She came from a family of artists. Her grandfather on the maternal line was the famous Russian artist Vasily Surikov.

Natalia married Sergei Mikhalkov, then a novice children's writer. By the way, she was older than her husband for 10 years. Both sons of this married couple, Andrei and Nikita, became famous directors.

The tragedy on the road happened when the family returned from the commemoration of Natalya Konchalovskaya. As a result, her granddaughter, Maria Konchalovskaya, was seriously injured. The accident jeopardized the happiness of the famous family.

Fateful meeting in Sochi

The eldest son of Konchalovsky Andrey was not only a talented director, but also a very loving person. He had five wives, from whom he has seven children and eight grandchildren.

With the last wife, actress and popular TV presenter Julia Vysotskaya, the director has been married for 16 years. By the way, he is older than Julia for 36 years. A couple met at the festival Kinotavr in Sochi, where the actress came from Belarus. Her acting career began exactly there. Parents all this time alternately on duty at the bed of her daughter. They lived in a rented apartment near the hospital and for a time forgot about all their creative projects.

The improvement came just recently

Back in early April, everything was different. Doctors even wanted to turn off life support devices. Maria Konchalovskaya, it would seem, did not react at all to the efforts of doctors. Physicians have already begun to fear an irreversible brain change. After all, the girl was in a deep coma for a long time.

But a miracle happened. Let slowly, but the patient went on the mend. Maria began to breathe freely, she no longer needed an artificial respiration apparatus. In the brain of the injured, medical equipment records processes that say that the girl hears and even recognizes the voices of her relatives, feels the touch.

And although Maria Konchalovskaya had not yet regained consciousness, her coma had become superficial. Doctors ascertain the positive dynamics of recovery.

Masha's parents started working again

Everyone hopes that the predictions about the impending girl disability will not come true, and the young body will cope with the consequences of the trauma.

Of course, the rehabilitation period will be difficult. To Maria Konchalovskaya, daughter of Yulia Vysotskaya, could lead a normal life in the future, it will take huge efforts of doctors, their ability to choose the right combination of rehabilitation measures, and large financial means to provide everything needed.

But that the girl's star parents can earn money for the treatment of her daughter, there is no doubt. Having overcome their concern with Masha's condition, they have already returned to work.
