With the first spring sun

The season of searches and pleasant finds is opened in the republic from the spring, as soon as snow starts to come down, the sun is warmed and nature awakens. The first spring mushrooms of Bashkiria are edible morels. They are subdivided into such types: ordinary, conical and "morocco cap". Despite the external ugliness, unpresentable, they taste very delicate, pleasant. You can cook morels without pre-cooking. They are a real delicacy if stewed with plums or sour cream. Adults, however, and overripe become rotten, moreover, they are emaciated by worms.

Summer abundance

In summer you can enjoy the full extent of the mushrooms of Bashkortostan. Edible, beautiful, they are able to delight both novices and professionals! It is also half-white, indistinguishable from the famous sycamores. The peculiarity of them is that on the cut the flesh can turn a little blue. Then this shade disappears, the fungus becomes ordinary, yellowish-white, very appetizing and nutritious. Food qualities are almost the same as the most selective mushroom breeds. Another elite inhabitant of forest clearings, country roads and meadow areas is champignon. The edible mushrooms of Bashkiria (photo attached) include several of its varieties. But the most valuable are field mushrooms. True, they have a poisonous "duplicate". It is called yellow-skinned champignon. Differences consist in the color of the pulp: the edible it is slightly yellow with damage, and in the unfit one it becomes saturated yellow. And the smell of the first is pleasant, aniseed, and the second - sharply carbolic. Often asked in the basket, except for the field, champignons pavement and forest - also very not bad taste. But there are also chanterelles, podberyozoviki, boletus and mushroom kings - white! A real abundance!

Autumn time

And yet, a truly paradise for forest lovers begins in the fall. The first rainy season passes, and mild weather sets in. And since that time and for the most freezing fungi Bashkiria appear in all its splendor. Delicious of milky species - red and yellow, red, white mushrooms (and even black). And also freckles of all sorts, a raincoat, an oiler, a hornet, an owl, oyster mushrooms and many, many others. True, false mushrooms, grebe, govorushki, spiderwebs and other poisonous mushrooms are also represented in the Bashkir forests and copses in a full range. Therefore, one must always be cautious and alert!
