From the stairs, gulbis and balconies of the palace, a magnificent view of the central square opens up, where, as a rule, all important events take place and folk festivities take place. The covered gallery connects the palace with the travel tower. Decorative painting on wood is used in the interior, and in the cellars of the palace you can see the rooms, stylized for torture chambers and wine cellars.

Church of St. Nicholas

Izmaylovsky Kremlin, whose address we already informed readers, has on its territory a wooden temple of St. Nicholas. It is located almost opposite the Palace of the meal. He met the first parishioners in 2000. To date, the temple is a courtyard of the St. Daniel Monastery in Moscow.

This is the highest temple in Russia, made of wood. Its height is forty-six meters. In its upper part is an observation deck. From it you can admire the picturesque views of the Izmailovsky Island and the Silver-Vine Pond.

By car from the Moscow Ring Road you can reach the complex along the Schelkovskoye Highway. On the 105 km exit or on the highway Enthusiasts (108 km).

But most visitors come by public transport to the Izmailovo Kremlin. Metro is the fastest and most convenient way to visit the complex. You need to get to Partizanskaya station, then walk along the Izmailovo hotel complex, behind which you will see a bridge. He will lead you to the central entrance.
