Is it worth it to go into the army

Should I go to the army? The answer to this question can be provided with confidence only by those who, on their "skin", have experienced all the subtleties of such a service and are aware of the internal order of this organization. Unfortunately, all the ideas that we get about the army from the mass media or stories of interested people, to which can be attributed the worried mothers of these children, do not give an accurate picture and understanding of what is happening outside the walls of this institution.

Who can say with certainty whether it is worth going to the army? Now, as far as I know, the service in many respects is very different from the one that our guys took 10 years ago. Various human rights organizations exert pressure, and it can be safely noted that the rights of soldiers are not violated in any way. Mothers of such soldiers can see their children, come to see them and freely be interested in everything that happens to their children.

Often in military units there are also employees of mass-media. They gladly inflate and describe in detail any incident that occurred outside the walls of this institution. Savor all the details and with their characteristic drama in the brightest colors describe all existing and non-existent details, presenting this to us in the form of a fresh journalistic investigation.

Why go to the army? Let's look at this from the other side, what can the young man give the army. First of all, they grow up here and acquire a different way of thinking. Teachers here are different - life. Not those adult aunts and uncles who, according to old training, teach students to live in higher education or even better, comrades in the hostel. Here the young man learns to be independent, and it's not about the ability to save money or find work-outs, but about the ability to organize oneself, to develop in oneself elementary rules of discipline and responsibility.

Prepare to eat? Do not expect that cooked in the hostel soups and fried eggs - this is the limit on which a young guy is capable . Are you thinking of cleaning a few buckets of potatoes - this is a simple punishment that does not teach a soldier anything? Not at all.

A soldier completely gets rid of his youthful categoricalness, he learns to evaluate the situation soberly and weighed, not emotionally and impulsively, as is often the case with children who have escaped from parental care, but reasonably in an adult way.

The young man for the hundredth time asks himself the question of whether it is worth going to the army. And looking at his peers, continues to rush about in meditation, conditional believing that such pastime is a sign of the lack of money to buy a fake certificate from parents who at all costs are ready to buy their son from the army. But do they do good for their offspring? Will he appreciate such sacrifices on the part of his parents or take it for granted?

To date, human rights bodies have been worried enough about the conscripts to have a Sunday nap. This whimsy was an inadmissible luxury during the service of our fathers, now the soldier can calmly rest in his bed in the legally allocated for this time.

An important advantage can be considered a fact that does not give the right to send soldiers-conscripts to the places of hostilities. Today our guys can peacefully sleep in their part, passing only special training, which in due measure prepares them for possible military operations. No one wants to think about the bad, but everything needs to be prepared and, if you called yourself a defender of the homeland, be kind to conscientiously perform all the commands and adequately wear your uniform and the rank of soldier. That's why you should go to the army.

Not surprisingly, during the whole period of service, soldiers often did not participate in any decent training. Unclear tasks associated with races with shells, meaningless patience of the cold or vice versa of terrible heat. Often, such tests were thrown by absolutely unprepared soldiers who could get serious health problems.

Needless to say, in our country there is a sufficiently high percentage of deviators who simply do not want to serve in the army, considering this to be a senseless occupation and a year of life thrown out. Young guys are ready to inflict small injuries, to break their limbs and stuff, and all this for one simple reason, justifying themselves with the phrase: "I'm afraid to go into the army."

Delirious tales about the so-called demobilization, which make young conscripts perform humiliating assignments, remained in the far 90s. The existing discipline and control in the army has long eradicated such events, and now the soldiers have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Speaking about the benefits for children who have served in the army, it is possible to note preferential conditions for admission to universities, employment, etc. In the end, these are the guys who rightly can be called real men and protectors. I want to believe that by their example they will be a worthy model for the young generation of young people.

In the end, the year of service in the army is new real friends, not just drinking companions. And the comrades who lived with you shoulder to shoulder for a year, sharing with you joys and sorrows.

So is it worth going to the army? There is no exact answer to this question. We can say with certainty only one thing: this is a personal matter for everyone and everyone will have to act conscientiously.
