How to make a paper boat for the game
Making boats and letting them through puddles and streams has always been one of the favorite pastimes of children of all ages. That's why many parents want to learn how to make a paper boat to play with the child and teach him how to fold this figure.
I must say that it is quite simple. First of all, you need to take a rectangular piece of paper. It can be just a white sheet, two-sided colored paper or something else. After all, you can make a paper boat from a newspaper or a magazine page. So, the taken sheet should first be folded in half along its long side and put in a fold upward. Now once again bend in half already from the top to the bottom and rotate again, that is, just outline the fold line. Now you need to bend the upper corners of the sheet so that they touch the center line of the fold, straighten and press the resulting triangles.
And how to make a paper boat of another shape, for example, a sailboat? There is nothing easier, only time, desire and a little patience are needed. Take a sheet of paper and bend it from the bottom up in half. Now, unbend and bend to the center (that is, to the already made fold line), the upper and lower part - also in half. The next step is to unbend the corners from the right side of the sheet. As a result, the boat is already beginning to acquire familiar shapes. The future sail is folded so that a rhombus turns out. Then the whole figure should be deployed to proceed to the last stage of creation of the ship. To do this, the left side of the rhomb is bent upward (as a result, a sail and a keel are obtained). We bend the upper corner, level out the resulting figure and go to launch it into the voyage. Here, in fact, and all that is needed to learn how to make a paper boat.
By the way, if you want, you can add a third option - a boat out of paper. It will take for this all the same piece of paper, but already square, not rectangular. You need to bend it in half from top to bottom, unbend, and then each of the halves bend, too, in half to the already planned fold line. Now the angles of each side are bent to the middle, and then to the inside. All that is needed now is to straighten out the resulting figure and shape it more like a boat. You can go swimming.
If you take not only paper, but scissors with glue, you can even create a paper boat with pipes. If desired, the child can paint the resulting ship or populate it with little men and play not on the water, but at home. After all, the game needs only a fantasy. It's great if your parents join this fun. Such joint creativity not only contributes to the development of the child's abilities, but also allows more time to spend with the child.
