Energy of Qi, Taiji, Qigong

None of the existing religions in the world, no natural science will deny the fact of human connection with nature and even the dependence of human life on nature. According to the Chinese spiritual practice of Tao, the energy of qi gives us life, supports us throughout our journey, and our death is nothing but the total depletion of this energy in our body.

Many illiterate people, who at all times in the world had a majority, do not consider it necessary to take care of their body even at the level of elementary hygiene, not to mention even trying to understand what the qi energy is . Exercises that offer Taijiquan, Qigong, or Yoga do not require any special equipment, training, or even any special education. Since it is believed that everything that is necessary for a person for his personal development and maintaining health, is given to him from birth. Moreover, each person is given qi energy in an amount sufficient to live more than a hundred years (how much more each decides by himself).

The level of development of modern people, if we discard all technological achievements, which, incidentally, serve as a constant source of problems and from which the chi is depleted more quickly, remains unchanged over the past several centuries. This means that a person, in pursuit of external comfort, constantly tries to replace the natural process of self-improvement with something that is outside his body. For example, instead of giving yourself an hour or two, doing breathing exercises, people agree to use medicines that never cure, but only temporarily take away the symptoms. At best, a young man or woman will quit smoking and will go to the gym regularly, which is also not enough.

To understand what qigong is, what this ancient practice can give to a person, it is necessary at least to try to break out of the limits of the ordinary way of life and not interfere with one's body to restore its connection with mother nature.

It is not as difficult as it might seem at first glance, and the qi energy can be felt by any person, regardless of age, sex and even diet.

At the initial stage of familiarizing with the values and natural force of nature, it is necessary to abandon the rational perception of oneself as a social unit. In nature, all are equal in terms of access to energy, the social situation in it is nothing more than a senseless prejudice. We must consider our own being as part of the universal process and accept the changes that inevitably come in the process of Qigong practice.

And lastly, do not forget that homo sapiens is a social being for which morality, unlike animals, is an indispensable criterion of self-esteem. From the point of view of qigong, the purification of the body is inherently associated with the purification of the soul, and the presence or absence of diseases is directly associated with the moral purity of the person. This last statement contradicts many, if not all, postulates of modern society. But modern academics have nothing to offer in return, they have nothing to disprove this statement.
