Dumplings in the oven

Homemade dumplings are an unusually tasty dish that is loved in many families, however, unfortunately, it takes a lot of time to pile the ravioli. Therefore, we often purchase ready-made dumplings in the store. True, they are not always as delicious as domestic ones. Will we be able to improve the taste of purchased dumplings? It turns out that this is quite realistic if you cook dumplings in the oven. Try to make such a dish - and the result will please you. As a cookware for cooking such unusual dumplings, you can use a frying pan, a baking dish, but the most remarkable result can be achieved if you take special pots. In them, almost any food turns out to be especially tasty, and dumplings will not be an exception.

Dumplings in the oven, the recipe of which is given below, is very tasty. Of course, you have to tinker a bit, but the result is worth it!

In order to prevent the pelmeni from sticking together, you first need to lightly fry them in butter. It is necessary to melt the butter in a large frying pan, put the dumplings in one row and, stirring constantly, fry them until lightly golden.

Peel the onion and cut it into medium cubes. Peel the carrots on a large grater. Prepared vegetables to let down until soft in a small amount of butter. In a saucepan or a large dish, mix the vegetables and dumplings. Boil slightly salted water with a laurel leaf, dried herbs and fragrant pepper (peas). Put the vegetables together with the pelmeni into pots, add 2/3 cups of potting to each pot, first removing the spicy additives. Put the sour cream on top and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of about 200 degrees.

Pull out the pots, sprinkle the dumplings with grated cheese and again put in the oven, without covering the lid (until the cheese melts and a ruddy crust appears).

Dumplings in the oven are wonderful golden color, very fragrant, with a cheesy note and delicious sour cream sauce.

Ingredients:

On 4 pots you will need: 1 kg of ravioli, 2 carrots, 200 g sour cream, 1 onion, 150 g cheese, for frying butter.

For pouring it is necessary: 5 peas of fragrant pepper, dried herbs, 3 bay leaves.

There are several more options for how to cook dumplings in the oven.

In a frying pan, put out a few minutes together with tomatoes, onion, bell pepper (to save energy and time, you can take a vegetable frozen mixture like "Lecho" or something similar to make tomatoes and peppers in the composition). Put the vegetables in a frying pan, add a very small amount of oil, put out a few minutes, then add dumplings and stew a little more until the dish is ready. Very tasty with mayonnaise or sour cream.

Another variant. You can put some boiled dumplings in a mold, top with sour cream, sprinkle a little with grated cheese and place for baking in the oven. Dumplings in the oven will be ready in a few minutes.

The third option. You can cook something like casserole, depending on your imagination and taste. To do this, put the layers in the baking dish in any order. For example - vegetables, dumplings, vegetables ... Too much should not be done. Between the layers sprinkle the cheese, so that everything is better "grabbed", smeared with mayonnaise or sour cream, or ketchup (to taste). The top layer should always be sprinkled with cheese.

There is one more, the simplest recipe, how to cook dumplings in the oven. Simply beat the eggs together with sour cream, pour the dumplings with this mixture, sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven. At the same time, you get an appetizing and delicious crust.

In general, if you want to cook pelmeni in the oven, then the main assistants in this will be the desire to surprise and please the household (and guests), as well as your imagination.
