  • Exercises on the uneven bars. Here, children perform somersaults, sit on the half-string, keep the balance, depicting a swallow. It is important to keep the center of gravity and keep your hands and feet behind the bars.
  • Walking with attacks. In this case, we combine a strength exercise and a cardio load. The muscles of the thighs and buttocks are pumped, while palpitation and breathing increase.
