Ranks in sports, as well as ranks, are awarded to athletes for the achievements they received in official competitions. The system of ranks and titles of sport is unified for all its types. Swimming

Quite a common sport in our time. In Russia competitions are regularly held on a different scale, on which athletes conquer ranks and ranks. In order to receive the "Master of Sports of the International Class", one must take one of the first 8 places in the World Cup (World Championship) or the Olympic Games (OI); One of the first 6 places in the European Championship (Europe) or World Cup on the 25-meter distance; One of the first 3 places in the sprint competitions of the European Championship or in the World Student Games; Be one of the participants of the relay team, which took 1-6 places on the OI or World Cup, 1-3 places in the European Championship. In addition to the competition, there is the possibility of obtaining the highest level through the implementation of a provisional standard, which should enter the 25 best results shown by swimmers in the previous year. To receive the "Master of Sports of Russia" you need to meet the temporary standard at the first stage of the relay race at official all-Russian competitions or in an individual performance. At competitions of republican, regional and city scales, under condition of victory, you can get the category "Candidate for Master of Sports".

Powerlifting

Today, it attracts more and more people. In the powerlifting competitions, it is assumed that 3 exercises (deadlift, bench press and squats) are performed with and without equipment. Proceeding from the very essence of the sport, it is clear that the norms for men and women will differ significantly from each other, so we will list both tables at once. Boxing

To get the category "Candidate for Master of Sports", you must win the competition:

  • At the regional level (regional, republican), however, provided that there are at least 8 participants in the category, including 2 CCMs;
  • On the zonal (territorial) championship of the Russian Federation or the tournament of the "B" class;
  • At the Russian Championship among young men (seniors), but with at least 3 fights.

To receive the "Master of Sports of the Russian Federation" it is necessary to become a gold or silver medalist in the Russian Cup in carrying out 3 or more fights; To win at the zonal (regional) championship of the Russian Federation or in the tournament of the "A" class. Also this title is awarded to the winner of the championship of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or winter competitions of the Russian Federation. The title of "International Master of Sports" is awarded to the winners of prestigious competitions (OI, World Cup, European Chess Championship, World War Games). In the OI you need to get into the top five.
