The activity of the territorial subdivisions of the Federal Property Management Agency is carried out in accordance with the current legislation. The head of the executive structure approves the Regulation on structural divisions in accordance with its standard form, adopted by order of the Ministry of Economic Development. Appointment and removal from office of the head of the territorial unit is carried out by the Minister on the proposal of the leadership of the Federal Property Management Agency in compliance with the requirements established in the legislation.
