Prokopiev Alexander Sergeevich was born on August 5, 1986 in the city of Biysk, in the Altai Territory. At home is well known for his parents. In particular, his mother Larisa Alexandrovna is the owner of one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Russia - ZAO Evalar.

Secondary education Alexander Prokopiev received in Biysk lyceum. Then he entered the Moscow Medical Academy IM Sechenov. Very remarkable is the fact that Alexander Prokopiev participates in the creation of many bills on health care. Thus, due to his power, he can somehow influence the business of his mother. Of course, someone will think that this can not be done, because all bills are checked by a number of experts. However, the reality is that with the advent of Alexander in the politics of the case, the company "Evalar" went up sharply.

For example, in 2016 the State Duma Committee on Health Care began an active baiting of the pharmaceutical company RIA "Panda". It should be noted that this organization was the main competitor of "Evalar". But what is most troubling is that none of the other members of the supervisory board, directly responsible for this process, were Alexander Prokopiev himself.

However, most of the public is outraged by the income declared by Alexander Prokopiev. For example, in 2011 a young businessman was able to earn about 230 million rubles. This allowed him to take the 37th place in the ranking of the richest deputies of the State Duma, given by Forbes magazine.

In addition, he owns a large mansion built on a plot of 1100 m². Also, according to the documents, he owns five apartments, two non-residential premises and several foreign cars.
